Milroy’s of Soho Email Sign Up Competition Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Milroy’s The Glen Grant Competition 2023 open to entrants 18 years and over. Entries accepted from 09:00:00 BST on 13 July 2023 to 23:59:59 BST on 10 August 2023. UK excluding Northern Ireland. See full T&Cs for details.

By entering into this competition all entrants are accepting to receive correspondence from Milroy's of Soho, including newsletters, promotions and offers.

1. THE PROMOTER: The promoter ‘Milroy’s’ is the trading name of Cask Industries Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11178064 and whose registered office is at Hend House, 233 Shaftesbury Ave, London, WC2H 8EE, United Kingdom. 

1. TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the prize draw, all entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that there terms and the Milroy’s Privacy Policy are binding to them. Milroy’s reserves the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time. All entry instructions issued by or on behalf of Milroy’s shall form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into this competition all entrants are accepting to receive correspondence from Milroy's of Soho, including newsletters, promotions and offers. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time but must still be subscribed during the competition dates in order to be eligible to win.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This prize draw shall only be open to online users from the UK mainland and are 18 years or older. This prize draw is not open or available to residents of Northern Ireland and nor is it open to employees or family members of any employee of Milroy’s or any person employed by Milroy’s, or any person employed by any supplier to Milroy’s. Milroy’s reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.

1. COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 BST on 13 JULY 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 BST on 10 AUGUST 2023.

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must sign up to Milroy’s mailing list to receive retail emails within the entry period specified above. For an entry to be valid: (i) it must be made within the specified entry dates; (ii) it must be a new email sign up; (iii) entrants must agree to Milroy’s Privacy Policy. Multiple entries are permitted. Qualifying entries into the prize draw can be completed on through sign up links on Instagram, Facebook, or through signing up to our newsletter through the website. Recipients can have multiple entries through different registered email addresses. Any entry which is cancelled or not received will be ineligible for the prize draw and will not be carried over or transferred to any other prize draw day.

1. WINNER: There is 1 winner of the outlines prize. The prize winner and recipient will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. The selection of winners will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. ONE (1) winner will be drawn and awarded the prize in accordance with the laws of chance, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all valid entries received. The prize draw will be drawn on 27 July 2023.

1. PRIZE PROVIDER: All prizes are provided by Campari Group. The fulfilment and shipping of the prize will be provided by Milroy’s. All prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. Milroy’s accepts no liability for any loss of entries caused by a technical fault.

1. THE PRIZE: The winner will receive: 1X 70cl bottle of The Glen Grant 10, 1X 70cl bottle of The Glen Grant 12, 1X 70cl bottle of The Glen Grant 15 and 1X 70cl bottle of The Glen Grant 18.

1. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Milroy’s will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable.The prize recipient will be required to contact the prize provider to arrange fulfilment of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of Milroy’s contacting them, Milroy’s reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. Milroy’s cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. 

1. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Milroy’s and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense, or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Milroy’s (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises because of any act or omission by any other party. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

1. GENERAL:These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This competition follows the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all information collected follows strict data collection protection principles. The information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully, and transparently. It will be used solely for administering the prize draw and the participant will be enrolled into Milroy’s retail email mailing list which from the participant can unsubscribe from any time after the competition end date. The information will be used in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to only what is necessary.
