Redbreast 21 year old Irish whiskey has been matured exclusively in first-fill Sherry and Bourbon casks.

Nose: Some tropical fruits on the nose, Clementine's, Vanilla and red velvet cake, Peach and Apricots, hints of Turkish delight, leather with a soft minty edge, some gentle spice, lots of rich sherry notes flow with ease from the glass. 

Palate: An opening on the palate of smooth and creamy tones, peaches mirror the nose and palate perfectly,  Victoria sponge cake, dried sweet fruits and some soft candied orange peel, warming sweet vanilla and soft spices help round off the mid and front palate perfectly into a sublime elegant fruity smooth finish.
